User Accounts

Creating an account allows access to personalized legal services and secure communication channels with Tech Rights representatives.

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and maintain updates as needed.

Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and must notify Tech Rights immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from Tech Rights.

In case of suspected account compromise, contact our support team promptly for assistance and possible suspension.

Tech Rights reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in unauthorized activities.

Service Description

Tech Rights provides legal consulting, document review, contract drafting, and dispute resolution services specifically catered to technology sector businesses.

We may modify service features or availability at any time, striving to minimize disruption and notify users accordingly.

While we aim for continuous service, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

User Conduct Rules

Users agree to abide by rules that promote respectful, lawful, and ethical use of our legal services platform.

• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Avoid activity that disrupts the service or other users’ access.
• Respect intellectual property rights of all parties.
• Refrain from harassment, threats, or harmful conduct.

Content Provided by Users

Users may submit content such as legal questions or documents for review subject to our standards and policies.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Tech Rights a license to use it for service provision and improvement.

This license includes rights to store, process, and display user content as necessary to deliver our services.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their submitted content and indemnify Tech Rights against related claims.

Tech Rights reserves the right to remove content violating policies or upon legal obligation.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Tech Rights software, branding, and content remain with Tech Rights or its licensors.

• Users must not copy, modify, or distribute Tech Rights intellectual property without permission.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to backend systems is prohibited.
• Use of activity and logos requires explicit authorization.

Paid Service Terms

Certain services require payment, detailed pricing and terms are provided before purchase confirmation.

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made using accepted methods specified during checkout to activate services.

Subscription plans, if available, will auto-renew unless canceled by the user prior to the renewal date.

Termination of Access

Upon termination, user access to services ends and stored data may be deleted subject to retention policies.
